John
Badalament, Ed,M.
John Badalament speaks nationally
and internationally to high schools, colleges, parent groups,
non-profits and prisons about relational psychology and
the critical role fathers play in children's lives. In his
acclaimed documentary film for PBS, All Men Are Sons: Exploring
the Legacy of Fatherhood, he powerfully illustrates how
men's relationships with their fathers - whether present

John holds a Master's Degree in Education from Harvard's

Berkley
Rob is an executive coach and management

Joseph
Caronna
Joe Caronna is the president and founder
of Inalex Communications, a non-profit national education
and support company dedicated to serving the needs of those
afflicted with a bleeding disorder. Joe is past president
of the Hemophilia Association of New Jersey and has been
an advocate in the hemophilia community since 1994 when
his son was diagnosed with hemophilia. He is an organizational
leader with over twenty-five years experience specializing
in information technology and has extensive expertise in
building and sustaining large, high-performance teams. He
serves on numerous hemophilia-related state and national
consumer committees, and regularly speaks and conducts seminars
for educators, medical staff and consumers. His one passion

Dana
Francis, M.S.W.
Dana is a social worker who has worked
with men in a number of settings over the past 25 years.
He earned a BA in Psychology from Westfield State College
in Westfield, MA and a MSW from the University of Washington
in Seattle. His social work career began with leading groups
and events for teen fathers and later working with men who
were in physically and emotionally abusive relationships,
Throughout his career, Dana has had the goal of helping
men find a more well-rounded sense of their full humanity.
Since 1988, he has had the privilege of working with men
and boys who have hemophilia in the roles of social worker,
community organizer, and group leader. Dana is the father
of two wonderful boys, Eli and Jamie. In his spare time
he plays guitar and sings with the Bay Area band, Funhouse.
Jack
Kakolewski
Jack Kakolewski is a licensed Psychotherapist
with degrees from Seton Hall and Catholic University and
received his Masters in Counseling Psychology from Iona
University. In addition, Jack has a Post-Graduate Certificate
in Marriage and Family Counseling from Seton Hall and is
on the faculty of the Institute for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy
of New Jersey for the past 10 years. He is a frequent speaker
and has led approximately 60 marriage enrichment workshops,
helping couples re-connect to their emotional needs andlearn
the skills of intimacy. Jack is married to Mary Beth for
over 25 years and they have five children and one new grandchild,
Emma Michelle. Jack resides in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
Dr.
David Kundtz
Dr. David Kundtz holds a graduate
degree in psychology and theology and doctorial degree in
pastoral psychology from the school of the Graduate Theological
Union (GTU) in Berkeley, California. He attended college
at Georgetown and St. Mary's Universities in Washington,
D.C. and Baltimore and is licensed from the California state
Board of Behavioral Sciences as family therapist. He is
also director and founder of the California based Inside
Track Seminars, which specializes in the areas of
men's emotional health, stress management, and spirituality.

James
May, M.A., M.Ed.
James May is an educator and licensed
mental health counselor and has been involved with families
and young people for more than 40 years. For 14 years he
directed the National Fathers Network and for over a decade
has worked with male caretakers raising children with HIV.
He is the author of more than 20 national articles, has
produced two acclaimed videos, "Special Kids, Special
Dads: Fathers of Children with Disabilities", shown
on PBS, and the award winning "Equal Partners",
about improving systems of health care for African American
men. He is the 1993 recipient of the Earl Brewer Award for
"Health Professional of the Year," given by the
American Juvenile Arthritis Organization, and the 1998 Safeco
Corporation Rudy Award winner for being a beacon of
light in the community. James has an M.A. in Applied
Behavioral Science and a M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling.

Robert A. Naseef
Dr.Naseef, a native of Philadelphia
who received his doctoral degree in psychological studies
from Temple University, has a broad background of experience
in both education and psychology. He has a special interest
and expertise in the psychology of men and fatherhood. He
was instrumental in developing a training package to foster
parent-professional collaboration for the New Jersey Department
of Education Division of Special Education, and taught graduate
courses at Antioch University Philadelphia and Rider University
in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He held clinical privileges
in psychology at Pennsylvania Hospitals Department
of Psychiatry and has received local and national recognition

Phillips
An executive and life coach since
1995, Debbie Phillips brings over 21 years of professional

Ronald T. Potter-Efron
Dr.Ronald T Potter-Efron is a clinical
psychotherapist receiving his MSW from the University of
Michigan, and a PHD of Sociology from Purdue University.
Dr.Potter-Efron was a former University professor, specializing
in the treatment of additive disorders and anger and resentment
counseling. He is active in training professional counselors
and is currently a full time mental health alcohol and drug
counselor in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, specializing in anger

Haji
Shearer, M.S.W.
Haji is a Licensed Social Worker who
spent many years doing crisis intervention with families
involved with the Department of Social Services. He is also
a relationship consultant and Director of the Fatherhood
Initiative at the Massachusetts Childrens Trust Fund.
Haji is responsible for leading the campaign to increase
father involvement in 26 Healthy Families programs and to
strengthen the statewide Fathers and Families Network that
supports practitioners working with fathers. Haji founded
the fathers program at the Family Nurturing Center in Dorchester,
MA. He frequently presents at parenting conferences across
Massachusetts and nationally. He is a sought after trainer
on issues of father engagement and co-parenting. He regularly
publishes in Voice Male magazine and sits on the Board of
Advisors for that publication.
